Dr Kerner is a excellent doctor his entire staff as well as himself are very caring, very patient and Dr. Kerner has a wonderful bedside manner, pays great attention to detail...instantly puts a patient at ease and is very conscientious, a great listener and provides wonderful results.I am somewhat of a difficult patient and I cannot give him a higher rating he is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone. Beautiful results and a very competitive price and he exhibits great expertise. Always willing to be accommodating with coupons and special rates but never compromising the perfectionism that results in natural yet perfect results.
Love Kirstie so much- Very knowledgable and so professional. What a great addition to the Dermatique Medical Office ! Since she is at Dermatique- I am a regular. Kirstie knows about skin care regiments and regimes, as well as being up on current trends in the skin care business. He really screwed me today and here's why. I went to his Westlake office to get a botox TOUCH UP -- because the botox he gave me 7 days proceeding DID NOT TAKE at the corrogator and the 11's were still present. (44 mile RT) ..The front office clerk informed me of a coupon I could use towards my botox cost, and I said, I will NOT be needing it since this is a FREE TOUCH UP APPOINTMENT, (made through their Northridge office) and she said OK. AT THAT TIME IF THERE WERE ANY ISSUES OR DISCREPANCIES ABOUT COSTS OR SERVICES IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED.
