All the staff I encountered including Dr. Cerniglia were so lively, fun and most importantly they made me feel comfortable. I’m new to the Valley, and in reality no one really likes going to the dentist so I was a little nervous to begin with, but it was such a great experience! I can see why this dentist has such great reviews. I’m excited that I found a dentist I feel comfortable with! NOT TO MENTION I DIDN’T HAVE TO WAIT! My appointment was at 12pm and I believe I was called in a few minutes before! Overall, so happy and thankful.“

“This is a long overdue review but I’ve been a patient at smile boutique for several years now and actually one of my good friends referred me to the office when I was complaining about tooth pain. She said Dr Shaer was an amazing dentist and took care of her and he’ll do the same for me. I’ve had dental issues in the past but ignored them because I’ve never felt comfortable in opening my mouth. I know sad! Anyway I called to make an appointment and spoke with Nathalie and she reassured me I was in great hands and accommodated me when I requested a certain time and date. Once I walked into the office I was immediately greeted, Brendy took my X-rays and Dr Shaer came in promptly and let me know what I needed. I met with Norma and she proposed a treatment plan that I couldn’t pass up! I’ve never had dental implants done in my life and I was so scared. They offered IV Sedation for the whole procedure and let me know what to expect from start to finish which put me at ease. They have all the latest technology from CT scans and digital X-rays and the office is super clean and cute! Long story short I am very thankful to have met Dr Shaer and they def have a returning patient. I actually moved back to Sacramento but still make time to get my regular check ups and cleanings with there office! I don’t trust anyone else. Thank you so much Smile Boutique!“

“I called the front desk, who was very accommodating, to help me schedule an appointment. Then, I came into the office for my scheduled dental appointment and was greeted by an amazing staff. They were very friendly. After a few minutes of waiting, the dental assistant assigned me to my room. She was very sweet and patient as she took my xrays and placed the cleaning coating on my teeth. A short while later, Dr Barkhordar walked in with a warm smile. I expressed my fear of dentists and having dental work done. He explained the procedure in detail and answered all of my questions. He was very patient and friendly and reassured me that if there was any moment where I would experience pain, I would need to let him know and he would adjust the procedure as needed. Then, I had my filling replaced and the procedure was not only painless, but I was relaxed the entire time. After I had this done, I went to the front desk and made an appointment to see the doctor six months from now. Overall, I would highly recommend this doctor and office.“

“I was very anxious to go but this was such a good experience my mind has been eased about the dentist. It was pretty quick overall and the staff were straightforward. Very clean offices, many of the staff wear face masks (surgical mostly). I was happy with the fillings and cleaning I got done.“

“I have to start by say... I HAVE MAJOR DENTAL ANXIETY!!! This place made me feel as relaxed as possible. The waiting area has a big screen Tv showing relaxing waves slightly crashing on a very picturesque shore ( just think being there when stressed). The two receptionists were friendly. The dental technician ( he did X-rays) told me what to expect at every step he was going. When I started to freak, breath heavy and shake ( told you I have dental anxiety), he calmed me down with a soothing , caring voice. The Dr was fantastic. She made me feel like she understood my phobias and medical issues. She also spoke encouraging words and tried to help me get thru my anxiety as much as anyone could. The hygienist was gentle, and again, calmed me thru the procedure. The only issue is the parking. There was only one side street with parking without any time limits. Office parking is behind building( super small), on street parking is always filled. They may not be the cheapest, but if you haven't been to a dentist because of anxiety, give them a try. It's nice to be feel like I can finally achieve dental health again. I will still have my anxiety, but I feel like they can guide me thru it and not be so embarrassed. Some people will understand what I am saying.“
