Tried to go to this local spot near Lowe's to get help and better service, but this place was way worse than all the big box stores. First off the front door was locked at 12:20pm.. I called to see if they were open and he told me to go around and use the gate.. I saw several people try and enter through the front door, and they ended up leaving. I asked the employee that was "working" while watching TV.. if he could help me find something. He pointed in a direction and continued to watch tv.. I then asked again if he could tell me where exactly and he just pointed again.. terrible customer service. Won't return ever.
