I've had American Air for 7 yrs and sometimes I get a little down about they're visit to service my A/C ? but then comes along a TechnicianNamed ALEX DOMINGUEZAnd I get to meet one of they're BEST Techs!! He's the 1st tech that ever drained my water heater in appropriately 17 visits..Ask for Alex if u want it done right!! Thanks again Alex
