Our AC failed on a day that ultimately reached 104 degrees. When we realized it wasn't working correctly, it was about 10 30 AM and we needed to act quickly. I called several other companies and requested same day service, which was unlikely. I made an appt for the next morning which on a hot day was the best I could find. They called about 2 30 PM and said they were on their way. The technician (Richard) was great. Very professional, communicated well and quickly assessed the situation and told me what needed to be done. Despite not having the part on his truck, he was quickly able to find it and got it installed quickly. We were back up and cooling by 4 30 to our surprise and relief. I am very happy with the service and communication from everyone involved and will contact them again when needed.

The air conditioner was in need of a new motor because the inside temperature kept going higher.I took the advice from the technician that it would be less expensive than the cost of the replacement of an entire new unit.I would not hesitate to reach out to AIRBEST again if their services were required.Service: A/C system repair
