I was looking for a way to increase my flexibility and prevent injuries as I get older, and I found it in Yoga NoHo Center's Hot Yin classes, especially with April. I feel renewed after each class.Not to mention, I'm standing up straighter and moving and bending with more ease than I have done in years. I highly recommend the Hot Yin classes. If you're able to have class with April, her gentle practice and soothing cadence is like being wrapped in the warm embrace of Gaia herself!

I'd like to address the other comments about closing the doors on time. When people come late it is very disturbing. Especially if everyone has picked spots and now have to squeeze you into spots to make room for people who are late. It's annoying and disturbs the vibe. Give yourself at least a 15 minutes to get there. This is a sign of an authentic yoga studio. Closing the doors is a good learning lesson. Charmaine our teacher was so helpful and got me signed up for the discounted intro week. Her Gentle Flow had great instructions on how to get into poses safely and was great at correcting postures and alignment. That's the sign of a great teacher. It... read full review

I've been searching for a good yoga studio that offers classes after 7 and it's been discouraging BUT I finally found this studio and could not be happier! They have large rooms with high ceilings! The space is so comfy and calming. I've been to a few classes with different instructors and everyone's been amazing but Kelsi is definitely my favorite! She guides the class so well and she's very attentive. Happy to have found my place!
