Signed a quote to repair/replace our 2 decks off of our master bedroom; on each end. Estimate was 1/2 of other quotes and WM Company was referred to us by a neighbor. Decks were completely replaced with no structural fixes needed. Coating color options are numerous for the final application on the decks. They did need to brake the stucco off around the bottom of each deck up 4-5 inches to install the new and much better splash guard. After numerous layers of different product; tar, mesh plus 2 other layers, the final coat was the color coat. The floor looked great but the stucco repair was not up to par. After the job I took pictures of the difference between the old stucco which is very rough, to the new repair which was much flatter. The guys on the job said just paint it and it will all look good. I did paint about 25% of the area and the difference was very noticeable. Once I sent the pictures to WM, they responded quickly and agreed the difference was too great and they schedule the guys to return to fix. WM did state that stucco repair usually is noticeable even with a good job. I agreed since getting new stucco to blend with the old stucco is not common, but this difference was too great and they agreed. The guys returned and in 3 hours corrected the stucco and matched the look as to the old. It looks 90% compared to the old stucco but doubt anyone will notice without us telling them. If WM staff would have done the job correctly the first time I would give them a 5+++, but with the stucco issue I will give them a 4.5 since they responded quickly and made the correct fix. I would recommend WM for anyone with a need for a new deck. They are very neat and clean and always left the house as they found it. Sounds minor but important to us. ABOUT: JOSE AND JAIMEDue to water damage, our balcony had to be rebuilt. This company really came through for us and we are very happy with the results. We had a couple of loose precast steps at our condominium building and it took a long time to find a company that could repair and/or replace the steps, including providing the materials and welding needed to attach them. At my request, Brenda gave us two estimates (both very reasonable), one to replace the loose steps and the other to replace all the steps, many of which, on inspection, were in the process of loosening and crumbling. The work was scheduled quickly and done beautifully.
