Urban Remodeling

We've had a hard time with contractors in the past, but Urban Remodeling did a wonderful job with building a pool and oudoor kitchen in our backyard. They did everything we asked and completed the project on time. We are very pleased with the finished product. Definitely recommend.

We moved in to a new home that was on an empty lot. We used urban remodeling to do all our landscaping and are very happy with the final outcome. From the beginning, they were very approachable and helped us figure out what sort of look we wanted. Joe and Rosh always replied back to texts promptly and addressed any concerns we had. We are happy to have worked with them and definitely will go back to them for any further modifications in the future.

Ad me to the list of very happy customers---and I can admittedly be a tough one. Many of you know that hiring a contractor can be fraught with drama with everything from missed deadlines to cost overruns and everything in between. None of this happened with Urban Remodeling. They were on budget, on time, polite to a fault and professional. Joe/Rosh/Max are extremely professional and happy to accommodate last minute changes. And their teams works incredibly hard. More than one time they were hard at it before the sun came up and every single member of their crew was always polite and smiling. We made sure to keep them supplied with beverages and on occasional pizza feed on Friday! Mmmmm, guess which yard was done first :) My best advise with them is to be prepared to move along in the process and have an idea up front what works for you. They will make great recommendations but leave the personal choices to you (as it should be) so do your homework! The crews work very fast and before you know it, you'll be needing to pick out stone, tile, plants and other accoutrements. If you haven't done your research or just cant make a decision, your job may get delayed as these folks deliver the goods on deadline. Love leaving a deserving review like this!
