Poor phone etiquette. Can't handle any customers that yell, raise their voices, or talk fast.
Was supposed pick up paperwork from an MRI reading a month ago. This company is useless. Did zero.
As other reviews indicate: the front desk is TERRIBLE. I waited for more than 1 hour for my walk in X-ray (they don’t take appointments) because the front desk forgot to put me in order. Gary who did my X-ray was great. This one star goes to him.
I called this place 4 times, was put on a 10-minute hold 4 times, only to have that hold "go through" and then be sent directly to a voicemail that cuts off after 7 seconds of recording. I tried to stop the lady at the desk from putting me on hold and explained what happened and she just said "I have other calls in the queue, if you keep calling you're going to drop lower in the queue." I tried to tell her I understand that, but if I'm in a queue to speak to a real person and schedule an appointment, I should not be getting sent to voicemail (if they are going to send me to voicemail, just do that in the first place over having me hold?).... read full review
