This comparison was great. My air conditioner went out. The came in two days st 8;00pm. In a very short time fixed it. It was terribly hot. The best company zi have dealt with through my warranty company

We were told by another company that our A/C unit had a leak and was low on freon. Used our home warranty, and Platinum was assigned. The tech went thru the entire system and found no leaks, and the unit was correctly charged. This saved us over $600. Thank you.

The comments are correct, Platinum repair is a different company with different ownership (I verified through the Secretary of State website). As Platinum Repair is so shady as to not have a Google business listing, that should tell you all you need to know. Platinum Repair provided terrible service to me through First American Home Warranty, took forever, and then tried to overcharge to get money out of me since the warranty wouldn't cover everything. They were trying to charge me $430 when I ended up having it done for $50. Also, please be aware they were cited in 2019 for failure to provide workers compensation insurance (source: Contractor's State License Board).
