The cashier at the time was very busy but still found some time to talk us through the products and when a line started to form he very kindly asked us if we can wait for another associate to help . Then Gabby was engaging and very informative . She advocated for our dwarf hamster for the need for more space , we are grateful as we didn’t know he was irritated because his cage was small . She listened intently and was engaging with my two kids age 9 and 13 who had a lot of comments about their pet . It was a great shopping experience . This was the N. Hollywood location that had supplies for small animals .

I went in looking for something to help celebrate my dogs 15th birthday and your employee, Aaron ?? went over the top and helped out so much. He shared with us a wide selection of what I was looking for. I appreciated His thoroughness in the search. Aaron, you rock!!! Solid customer service. ??!!!

Aaron was the best experience in shopping for my pets. He took the stress out of shopping. He was the best part of my day. Very kind, friendly and welcoming. We need more people like Aaron.
