My dog (Leo) and I had a wonderful first visit to Blue Cross. Even prior to our office visit, the initial scheduling phone call with Kay made me feel like the staff would take great care of Leo. The ladies at reception were all very friendly, and Haley was kind, calm, and personable while taking Leo's medical history. Dr. Walters was very gentle during Leo's exam, and even commented on his clean teeth (Leo thrives on compliments, so this was very much appreciated). The atmosphere in the office is very warm and upbeat, and I am very thankful for the care they showed my pup. My only wish is that I could have found Blue Cross earlier in Leo's life.

We've never had a better grooming for our 2x dogs than the one we just got from Maria at Blue Cross Pet Hospital. Also, Maria was very attentive to what we wanted and extremely sweet to our dogs. One of our dogs doesn't like getting groomed. I don't know what kind of sorcery is going on back there, but they were able to get her face better than any other place we've gone (in over 7x years of having her).Overall, I'm blown away by the quality of the work, and I look forward to exclusively taking my dogs back there for regular groomings.
