He had a hard time remaining quiet as he was nervous and being away from me so he was very loud but the owner was nice enough to keep him and still managed to do a great job on him. When I picked him up he smelled great and his fur looked amazing. Thank you for being patient and kind to our baby. We will definitely be back but hope he is in a better behavior.“

“My dog (Leo) and I had a wonderful first visit to Blue Cross. Even prior to our office visit, the initial scheduling phone call with Kay made me feel like the staff would take great care of Leo. The ladies at reception were all very friendly, and Haley was kind, calm, and personable while taking Leo's medical history. Dr. Walters was very gentle during Leo's exam, and even commented on his clean teeth (Leo thrives on compliments, so this was very much appreciated). The atmosphere in the office is very warm and upbeat, and I am very thankful for the care they showed my pup. My only wish is that I could have found Blue Cross earlier in Leo's life.“
