My driveway was cracked from a tree root and it needed to be broken up, hauled away, and the tree stump and roots removed to pour a new driveway. I got estimates from several other demolition companies a while ago and their prices prevented me from getting it done. I put it off until a friend recommended Neo. Avi’s estimate was way more affordable and they were able to get it done within a few days. It's nice to deal with someone that honest. I highly recommend Neo.

Neo Demolition helped us remove an 8 by 10 shed in the backyard, as well as a portion of our roof that connected to a side fence. From the initial quote/consultation step all the way through project completion, they were communicative, timely, and helpful. They completed the project in less time than expected, and cleaned up the work site well. Their crew was respectful as well. I recommend their services for demolition and hauling.

We're doing a full bathroom remodel and needed someone to handle just the demo portion before our contractor came in for the rebuild. Wanted it done right so we weren't dealing with hidden water damage or surprises later. Crew showed up on time and got to work immediately. They had everything taped off in plastic to keep dust from spreading through the rest of the house, which I was worried about because we have a dog and a baby. Took out the old tile, the tub, vanity, toilet, the works. Found a small section of subfloor that had some water damage which they pointed out and took photos of for me to send to the contractor.
