Worst contractor I have ever dealt with. My roof leaked after 5 years of installation and the owner, Ezra, took no responsibility for the hiring of the roofing company. Don't waste your time or money with this contractor because he does not stand behind his work. He is not trustworthy and the workers he hire are substandard to say the least. I had my roof inspected after it leaked and was told that it was put up improperly. He also has had other complaints against him. My suggestion is to please check out your contractor before you hire one. Save yourself some time and money and don't hire this contractor.
Are you thinking about having Landmark Construction Crew put a new roof on for you? DON'T. Run. Seriously. This is a public service I'm doing right now. I spent close to 20K on a new roof and within 3 years it has given out. Did I alert the company? Yes. Has anything been done about it? No. Do I have mold now? Yes. Do I have water damage now? Yup, so much water damage. Is my roof COLLAPSING and is drywall falling in? Yes. I've called. I've emailed. I've sent photos in email and in text. I was referred to Landmark Construction by my brother who had his whole house remodeled by them. I hired them for the construction of my new home in Encino and I’m very happy that I did. The house was neatly and completed ahead of time. You won’t be disappointed with these guys, they are great builders.
