Went to see Dr. Minassian for a second opinion. I'm normally in a managed care system insurance, and sometimes things become a struggle. That is not what a patient needs when they have issues or concerns.Dr. Minassian listened to all my concerns, offered advice for my issue. Thought outside the box for a possible solution. Offered appropriate medications, if needed, and provided a prescription of specialty referral.Not once did I feel that I was not listened to, or that I was just a number. He has excellent bedside manor, something that is quickly becoming overlooked nowadays.The office is clean and very presentable. I saw Veronika last week for her day of beauty. Veronika was exceptional. Her MA, Ann, was very friendly and made sure she offered me a massage. Marisela, the Office Manager was very polite and helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly. It was my forst time at the office and Eunis and Margie made sure i knew about future days of beauty. I felt like a VIP. It was great! Oh, and Karen helped me check out and was very nice, although very busy!
