“This review is a few days late. My wife bought me a Groupon and I set an appointment but I as I so often do neglected to read the small print. So my original appointment was cancelled. Now I don't know about you but I am constantly sent messages about offers and deals that I have signed up for so when I was sent messages about rescheduling I missed them. Ticia Lea worked with me to get me in before my deal expired. Now that I got that out of the way. The service and she was amazing! I was incredibly relaxed and it was an overall amazing experience. “I'm sooo happy I found The Little Gem Studio and Delenia! I trust her completely with my brows and my self confidence has improved since keeping a regular schedule with her! First off, her studio is super adorable. You enter the building via the Ring Cam and once inside her studio is at the top of the stairs and to the right. The vibes of her shop are super cute, fun, and just makes you feel like you're hanging out at your besties house. Which is also how it feels like working with Delenia! My very first visit I was a bit nervous but right away she makes you feel at home and it's like chatting with your long lost sister - not only is she extremely talented (omg my brows are a masterpiece yall) but she is just a genuinely amazing soul, you can tell right away! My brows are super sparse and light and I generally fill them in with brow wax but let them be crazy. I've had microblading in the past and loved how it supported my lazy girl lifestyle and so was seeking advice on another route - brow tint or lamination. Delenia is super "no pressure" and doesn't try to sell you something. I tried the brow tint with my brow wax and loved how I could just wake up and go. Brow tint with wax has been my go-to now and I love it! I'll continue to trust Delenia with my brows and totally support her artistry all the way. “Hey want to let EVERYONE know, Lynette is da bomb! I have followed her from when she was an employee to this, her own business. She keeps my lashes in tip top shape every 2 weeks. I have had lash extensions for maybe 10 yrs now. I live in Culver City and make the drive to NoHo because I trust her. I have dry eye problems and she works with me to make Me feel comfortable and I look amazing and get compliments on my eyes! “Ashley has been doing my lashes every 3 weeks for 8 years. She is a true artist and a professional who really listens and delivers on the look that you want. I prefer more natural looking volume lashes. Thanks to Ashley's work, I get lots of compliments of my "natural" looking lashes - to the point that most people don't even know that they are enhanced. I don't even need to wear eye makeup! I look fresh and fabulous right when I wake up!

It's also important to note that after all of these years, my lashes are still healthy and growing. I've been to several lash artists - and many of them are poor quality, damage your lashes and/or make you look like a drag queen (in a bad way.) During the pandemic, Ashley was also diligent about hygiene and keeping clients safe. She's also just an all around good, kind human being. You can't go wrong with choosing Ashley as your lash artist. The only downside is that you'll get addicted to how great you look and won't be able to stop your lash habit :)“

“Been wanting a perm for about a year now and never actually went for it. Finally had my wife call and make an appointment for me because why not (I'm super shy and wouldn't have done it myself). Unfortunately had to cancel a couple times due to this or that (life). Luckily they were still kind enough to accept me and went in yesterday 10/16/24. Walking in it felt very comfortable and chill. They greeted me and I made it a point to say "we finally get to meet" just to break the ice I guess because in reality I was kind of embarrassed that I had to cancel twice and was almost not gonna go lol. We made it kind of a joke and I definitely apologized but they were okay with it. I must say that I have extremely straight and thick hair that is not necessarily the easiest to work with so I was worried if it was even going to work. I have attached a picture of my hair (covid times) for reference. It was a bit shorter when I went in yesterday though. Check it the result. Not only did it work but it looks good! Rosa really made sure I was comfortable and even though she struggled a bit she didn't give up lol. Thank you Rosa, I can say I actually like my hair now and will definitely be coming back! “I was visiting out of town for an extended period of time and needed to get my lashes done. I must say I was impressed. They were pricey but came out beautifully!“

“I booked my appointment for April 20, 2024, around 10:00 am. I wanted a trim and a bit of a haircut, and I also wanted to go blonde. My natural hair color is brown/dark brown. I had been to this salon once before for a haircut and highlights, and because I was so pleased with the first results, I came back here for my next hair change.

Even though it’s been months since my appointment, my experience was still memorable and very impressive. They welcomed and treated me kindly and professionally, offering me coffee, water, and chocolates throughout my entire appointment. They even offered me a discount on my hair appointment. My appointment took a good few hours, from 10 am to almost 4:30 pm. The hairstylist, Gohar, was attentive to what I wanted and made every effort to make sure she understood what I was envisioning.

The salon itself was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, which made the long appointment enjoyable. It was such a good experience overall that it’s hard to put into words. I was super happy with the results, and my hair has held up nicely, given my own hair routine and habits. I do research on how to take care of my newly treated hair, but it’s still an experience I’m personally navigating.

I’m definitely due for a roots touch-up after three months, but honestly with the way my natural hair meets the blonde and how it looks grown out overall it still looks so good. The fact that my current blonde has grown out nicely and blended well with my roots says a lot. I’m sure I could go another month without a root touch-up if I really needed to, but I intend on keeping/continuing the blonde for a while. The pricing was reasonable and I also tipped; it was worth the money given the quality of service and results. The products they used also seemed to be of high quality, which I appreciate for the health of my hair.
