James is very communicative and personable. I like that he can be reached via text. Very generous with his time given a few hiccups on my end, and gave my car a great polishing, interior detail, and ceramic coating in only five hours.
I was surprised by the great results and how my 13 year old car is honestly sparklier than when it came out of the dealership.
James remedied a lot of things that I didn't think could be cleaned, offered tips on maintaining the car on my own, and he's a nice person to chat with in general.
James is professional, punctual and very detailed with his work. He’s friendly, kind and makes setting appointment with him a breeze. Been getting our cars cleaned by him for a while now and will continue to do so. Great work every time!!
