Dr. Pazera called me out at my gym and Told me I had a bad back I asked him how can you tell? He said it’s my job I I see you walking from the parking lot and I can tell you’re back is way off,
I laughed it off and I walked away but then he gave me another tap on the back and told me he would give me a free alignment I took him up on the offer and I’ve been going to him ever since his service was really a life-changing event for me. I now feel my age instead of 10 years older.“

“I'm a long distance runner with past bouts of achilles tendinitis, and Performance Care's shockwave therapy has made a big difference. Pain is gone, I can run uphills now without issue, and I can see achilles remodeling itself. Only issue is that appts consistently start 30 to 45 minutes late....once it was a full hour late....lol. “Oh my goodness, how can I truly thank Dr. Mike for his miraculous talent? Well let me start by writing this review. I awoke on January 1st with a terrible crick in my neck that was only progressively getting worse. I decided to get a massage to help me out, but unfortunately it only made it worse.Thats when the pain became too much to bare and I looked for a chiropractor in my area. Dr. Mike's reviews were excellent and I am here to confirm they are all valid. I came in with hope he could set me straight (literally ) but he exceeded all my expectations.What I appreciate the most is how knowledgeable and thorough he is. But that the pain would subside. And he was SPOT on.I was astonished of how quickly I was healing and by my second appt I was pain free! A TRUE blessing after being in such terrible pain for over 2 weeks. Dr. Mike has a new loyal patient and I look forward to seeing him with my check ups. “Dr Terry Rich has been taking care of my back and neck for the last 14 years. My loyalty to him speaks volumes to the quality of his care. He is gentle enough to deal with complex injuries while remaining thorough and effective. The relaxing massage to start also definitely adds to the experience and I could not recommend him more.“

“The office is very inviting with lots of lighting. I especially enjoy the aroma of the cinnamon brooms that decorate the waiting area beverages are offered to your liking. The staff is professional, thoughtful, respectful, and friendly. I've been experiencing pain to my left neck and shoulder for several months and haven't been able to find any relief. I've experienced a few chiropractors over the course of several years, however, I have never experienced a doctor quite like Dr. Monoson. It is evident that he truly cares about each of his patients. He has been practicing for several years and I was impressed by his expertise. He's very friendly and kind. His knowledge of health and the human body is phenomenal! I truly wish that others in his profession could have provided the care and advice that Dr. Monoson gave. “I had a good experience at Sunshine. Wendy was my masseuse. She was a bundle of smiles and energy. While the outside of the shop wasn’t well-appointed the interior was a nice surprise. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The rooms (I think 5 or 6) were spacious and comfortable. Wendy accompanied me to the room and told me to lay face down and relax. She asked me what pressure I was looking for and did I have any areas of particular concern I wanted her to focus on. As the massage progressed she continued to ask how she was doing. For a small woman she is quite strong. The hour flew by. She worked me from head to toe. Exactly what I was looking for. I will be a frequent visitor and they have my highest recommendation.“
