“I want to like this place, but 2 out of 3 haircuts I’ve gotten here were really bad. I like the older gentleman, he understood my unconventional haircut idea and had some fun stories. The new woman stylist did NOT listen to me at all. My last haircut she wasn’t even looking at me when I tried to explain what I wanted, I should have known then. I wanted less layers and she literally gave me a shag/wolf cut. I continue to get more angry about that as I hate my hair every day.“

“Having my eyebrows done at Rem's was a breeze. I didn't know if I could walk in, so I called ahead to confirm, and sure enough, they took walk-in appointments. The spot was secured. The eyebrow service was done fast and very well. They asked me questions on my eyebrow preference which I hadn't really thought before. They told me their recommendation of thickness and it was a service well done! The service is a little more on the pricey end ($20 for eyebrow threading) but I think it was well worth it. Its been 2 weeks since I got my eyebrows done and my eyebrows are still holding up!“

Blowouts are a lot of work and a lot of chemical exposure. So tip them well. They take about 2 hours. I didn't realize I was probably undertipping in the past but with the cheaper Groupon it made it easier to tip better this time. I highly recommend Betty for Brazilian blowouts!“
