Abraham with the North Hollywood location just came to do a screen repair on my cell phone in Porter Ranch. He was not only super nice & polite, but he went the extra mile when he saw that I was in the middle of making dinner - he came in & set the phone down for me & showed himself out. Abraham texted & called me prior to the appointment, was on time & done quickly; I’ve never had such a great experience with anyone in the “service industry” especially someone with Assurion or “Ubreakifix” store. He was THE BEST!!!
