My experience with this company has been the worst. I hired them in the summer of 2021, to install central air system. Today, two years later, the job is still not done, not only that... after about a year from installation, A/C stopped working. To "fix" it, they removed the Zone control board. Now if I wanted to turn on the AC in a specific room, it would turn on for the whole house! Ridiculous! I was hesitant to write a review, but after SO MANY failed attempts to get them to finish/fix the system that we've agreed up on , I decided to write this. It's been over a year now , since summer 2022 I have a emailed, texted , and called the company and the owner James multiple times , I either get no response, or the run around. They've even asked me to pay AGAIN for a Zone control board , if I wanted it fix I guess. James (The owner) has been MIA and dismissive ,The company has been ignoring my repeated requests. They have been extremely inconsiderate. This company is not only unprofessional, it is unreliable, unorganized and obviously DOES NOT CARE about the quality of their work or the satisfaction of their customers. This has been a very, very frustrating and stressful experience. I absolutely would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Hired AH though a contractor. Put a ducted mini split system in. Hav had problems with it on an off for the last 3 years. They came out once to look at it. Recently it stopped working. Called them and they said they would have some one call me which they did. Guy was kind of rude. Gave me his cell and then never answered my texts. Called Monday and they said they would get back to me after 3pm. Never did. Called again on Wednesday. Gloom my number. Never heard from anyone. Called a reliable AC company from a referral. Came out next day and fixed issue. Also said the whole system was poorly installed and was not done well. At least I found a new AC company.
