I needed a home inspection the day before my HOA fumigated for known termites that was discovered by me. (HOA did not want to release report to me so I reached to 24 hour termite). I called them at 2pm for same day inspection. They had somebody at my place by 6pm the same day! They did a thorough inspection and had my report to compare the next day. (They told me about other issues my HOA did not disclose to me). HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys! Licensed and Gus was super helpful and informative. Reasonable prices too is a huge plus. Thank you for your service.
I am a first time home buyer and 24 Termite came out for a pest and termite inspection. Gus was our inspector and he was fantastic! He was polite, professional, and an extremely good teacher. He went over everything with me after the inspection and explained everything that I did not understand (which was a lot). If you need an inspection done, these are the guys to go with!
