Very easy to find the perfect flooring and finance. The consultants at this location were great. Very helpful and professional. They were able to answer all my questions and solve our shipping location dilemma. Highly recommend.
None of the big box stores have LVP, engineered and solid hardwood all on display, nevermind actually installed on their showroom floors. But LL Flooring has just that - They give their customers the opportunity to see, firsthand, the products they sell and how they would hold up over time. The staff at this North Hills location is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. While we did not end up with flooring from LL Flooring, I would highly recommend the North Hills location because of the entire staff!
calvina was fantastic to work with. she went above and beyond, found what I needed to complete the project, even when there was discontinued or limited stock and product would have to be pulled from multiple warehouses. my situation was challenging as I didn't know if I needed something in weeks or months. in the end I no longer needed my order so I had to cancel it, but I'd be remiss if I didn't leave a five-star review. I greatly appreciate the experience and effort she put into helping me.
