As far as supply houses go, it's pretty much hit or miss across the board. Great staff, poor stock availability. Great stock availability, poor and unknowledgeable staff. Not this place. Been here at least 20 times and everyone is beyond cool, and not once have I left without what I came for. More importantly, came to return a spool of # 6 and prepared myself for a fight, only to have a pleasant young lady ask for my receipt and promptly issue me a refund. Who feels like a dick now? I love this place and the people working here.This is the correct way to do business and keep clients coming back. First stop from here on out before any job. Thank you so much guys.

My favorite supplier, the owner Jacob the temani? is a special one of kind person. We need more people like him in this world. They have the best prices, the J&S team both in the front and in the back office are professional and really nice people, I appreciate them all and will be a customer of theirs for many more years to come!

Love this place, especially Jacob the temani, always have fun buying here, I swear I'd make a reality show in this place. To what really matters, they have great prices and much lower then most places! Great customer service and highly recommended!
