UPDATED REVIEW: Changed my review from ONE star to FOUR stars. The last time I was there, I got the most absolutely mediocre deep tissue massage I've ever had. It barely even qualified as a Swedish massage. I sincerely hope they have spoken with that specific therapist on the matter. That being said, the manager felt bad that I did not enjoy my experience and comped my next massage, which was done by a different therapist, named Lisa, who was extremely strong, extremely versed & extremely professional. I will absolutely be returning and specifically asking for Lisa again. Lisa was able to deliver the kind of hard deep tissue massage that I was looking to get; The kind that is physically painful, and that leaves you sore afterwards. Call me a masochist. No pain, no gain. I did specifically ask for Ashiatsu (Walking on back), but that was not included last time, or I would have left five stars with this review. I will happily update it to five stars if Ashiatsu is performed on my next visit. I appreciate the manager making things right, and wishing to retain my business, since with only two visits to the location and one of them being lackluster, my loyalty WAS in question. I am satisfied that I will continue to get above average massage therapy at this location, and I will happily return.

I love coming here, however they really need to have someone who fully understands English. I came into today after work hoping to get a nice foot massage. I told her I had my card locked to give me a second to unlock it before I pay. (I was paying up front which I never do) and she didn't listen, ran it and of course declined. I asked her to do it again. She then shows me something that says "pin cancelled" and I tell her she cancelled the pin, she had to try again. And she said she knew but it was frozen. Finally she canceled it, and I told her she was probably pressing the wrong button. She told me to go to Wells Fargo atm but my card isn't a Wells Fargo account. So I left dissatisfied and disappointed. I just wanted a massage but it doesn't seem like the woman there knows how to run a machine or really didn't understand what the issue was. Super disappointed if you come here bring cash.

I highly recommend this place. Angela was excellent. She is the best and she is really strong. She is super friendly and professional. I had a great service with Angela before. I made an appointment with Angela today, but she wasn't there. I called in the morning at 10:00 am, and my appointment was at 6:00 pm. One woman picked up the phone and she said Angela was working today. But Angela wasn't there when I arrived. I felt just down and I had someone else do it, but I didn't like it, her hand was super gentle and she has no power. Her name is Coco. I didn't feel anything. I felt just nothing. But I will give them five stars. I hope my next appointment will be great.
