“I would give six stars if I could. In this crazy world, I'm so happy I called Alex. He was super patient, and transparent with his pricing. Unlike everyone else I called where they were trying to upsell me on things like deodorizer, and other things that I didn't need, Alex was straight to the point on his pricing which was very fair and you could tell he takes a lot of care in his work and treats your house like his own. They even take the time to put protectors around the corners of your walls so their equipment doesn't scratch anything (unlike other companies I've used in the past). I will be using him for life. From the first time I called Nicole, she was so accommodating with next-day options and very thorough on what services would be provided for the price--so reasonable!
