For the previous two years I had used a large tax preparation service that charged me significantly more, gave little to no customer service and were extremely slow at responding to inquiries and filing for me. Before that I used a local CPA for years who was good but charged a ridiculous amount. Robin's fee was reasonable, he responded extremely quickly with questions and answers and it just was a great overall experience.
