I had 3 package units installed and first they delivered different brand than I requested. Now for 2 years the units every 2 months leak, have error codes, and fail to work. I kept calling saying units are faulty or had bad installation and they need to be replaced, and while they initially returned reluctantly (last time admitted it was leaking freon) now the owner refuses to respond and insists I pay for maintenance even though never worked correctly. I hired another hvac to inspect units and all incurred kinks in lines during installation causing leaks and I had to pay a considerable amount to have correctly serviced. I would not use them again.

I couldn't be happier with 24/7 Air Conditioning & Heating. I had planned to work with another HVAC guy who recommended me to buy 3 Mini Split units online as (24K BTU Single Zone, 18K BTU Dual Zone). I ordered the products, paid for them, and then he vanished. Excuses after excuses. Finally he recommended me to someone else, but I should have known better, same problem. Made an appointment and the team never showed up. I was very frustrated. One day I was driving on the freeway when I saw one of the 24/7 Air Condition cars and took their number. I called and asked if they could help me install Mini Splits. The friendly gentlemen on the phone told me he would call his partner and that I should be receiving a call back in the next 30min. Sure enough it happened. Luis had called and arranged a meeting time with me. He arrived on time and inspected the project. He was very diligent, asked a lot of questions and made sure he has everything considered. He advised that he will give me a cost estimate by the end of the day, and again he kept his promise. We agreed on a price and I was excited that the job can finally start. The first day Luis and his helper Raul were supposed to be at my house at 7:30am. At 7:15am I received a call that they are picking up some material at Home Depot and that they will be up to 30min late. I was pleasantly surprised. Finally someone that is honest and keeps you in the loop. They arrived as mentioned and started the job. They estimated 3 days of work, and it also took them that long. The whole time they were very professional, friendly and polite. Everything was installed properly. They cleaned up and explained many details of how the Mini Splits operate. I am surprised they only have 2 review on Yelp, but I guess they are new. I will definitely work again with Luis and can recommend him without any doubt. Very good job guys! Thank you!!

My a/c unit stopped cooling and I called 2 other a/c companies before 24/7 and both told me that I was going to need a new unit, it was very expensive! so I decided to contact 24/7 Air conditioning since I read that they will beat any estimate. When they came by and saw my unit they told me that I didn't need a new unit, it just needed a new transformer (120volts/24volts) I am very glad I found them! I saved a lot of money and time, I recommend them! They are the best!
