We needed to change from a countertop range to a new oven + range combo, but the pipes were arranged in such a way that the oven could not be installed properly. First thing Monday Val and his partner from Golden Valley Plumbing were at my house with a new water heater and by Monday evening we had heat and hot water back in our home. He didn't think he would be able to make it out today and began to guide me on the phone to look for my shutoff valve. It turned out we could not locate the correct one for the pipe that broke. Paul graciously arrived less than an hour later and fixed my broken pipe and a great cost.
