We have had exceptional experiences with Twin Termite. After helping us diagnose our initial problem, the follow up appointment on our new construction provided us with peace of mind that our termite problem is solved for the time being. Robert and Kenneth both were patient with my numerous questions and explained what to look for in the future. I highly recommend Twin Termite for great service and personable, expert inspectors who clearly know what they are doing.
Gregory did an inspection for a potential home purchase. He was professional on a level that is rarely seen in 2024. He updated us with any changes so there were no surprises. Even more importantly he provided a thorough inspection. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable to ask as many as I needed to and he answered them honestly. He was very knowledgeable but didn't claim to know things outside of his expertise.
Josh was our inspector and he was very thorough and we didn't even know he was there and we were able to go on about our work and life with minimal invasion. Josh explained his findings clearly and honestly and didn't miss a thing on his reporting. We are grateful and satisfied customers.
