Everyone is so friendly and happy. First time here and won't be the last. Jimmy is the very best. I went in for a manicure and he took the time and care to do a perfect job. Great atmosphere for sure! I recommend it!

I will start this review by saying I have been going to Jimmy at Pro Nails for 7 years + . However, this partnership has had to come to an end. Jimmy has always been very accommodating but the past couple times I have been to him he has been very rude to not only me but to people that I have referred him too. He has rushed my time slot and asked if I had a "simple" nail design because he had an appointment in an hour ( had an appointment scheduled for 10 a.m). He also has 3 large dogs that he lets just run rapid in the salon. I am so disappointed that I have to now look elsewhere to get my nails done it's sad that Talent was overshadowed by his attitude and lack of customer service .

Guys I'm new to the area so I've been going to a new nail shop every 2 weeks because I haven't been able to find a good nail tech. I walked in and was seated immediately. Jimmy took one look and said what shape is that supposed to be? He was like don't worry I'll fix it. He hooked my nails up! One thing I learned when you find a good nail tech is be faithful and tip them well. I'll go where ever you are Jimmy you're amazing. BTW I'm super picky but Jimmy was so detailed and very careful. I wish I had a before pic!
