I have never needed to use pest control before and wasn't sure where to start. I was a little unsure what I needed so called the business and spoke with Jaime. Jaime was great! She had all the answers to my questions and put me at ease with my concerns regarding the problem I'm having. NAPM's customer service is top notch, I'll definitely be coming back for and future needs!Service: Termite extermination

Derrick was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The price for service is fair and a good value compared to other companies weve used in the past. Will definitely refer my friends and family to North American in the future!
