Viktor and his team were so professional, expedient, reasonable and communicative during a bathroom and flooring repair job at my rental home in Sacramento. Who ever said an HVAC guy could be an artist? Nor Cal Construction Heat & Air came highly recommended to us through a real estate friend of ours who said he only ever uses Nor Cal - no one else. As soon as I met Viktor, I understood why! Courteous, professional, honest, he walked me through everything and then delivered above and beyond my expectations. I never imagined that installing an HVAC could be a work of art, but when I saw my roof and the new unit, it looked beautiful. They are a family run business who know their craft. Five stars are not nearly enough for such excellent workmanship.
Viktor literally saved us money! We had another professional come out prior to Viktor and diagnose our problem, which we questioned and wanted a second opinion. It was going to cost us a ton of money from what this other guy was saying was wrong with our HVAC. Viktor came over and was able to fix the issue in less than 2 hours and what he saw was wrong was completely different than what the first guy told us was wrong. When Viktor left our house the issue was fixed. He is very professional, honest, and a quick fixer. Highly recommend him and the company!
