Dmitriy of American Building Development came to my home and gave me an estimate for work I needed to be done. He was very professional and the estimate was very reasonable. In a few weeks the ABD crew came to my home to begin work. I needed some dry rot wood on the front elevation replaced and painted. I also had water damaged trim on my chimney replaced and painted. And, while they were already on the roof, they went around and fixed numerous cracked tiles that needed attention. They also caulked around all of my windows. Their work was excellent! They not only performed the work I contracted for, but went out of their way to do some additional work at no extra charge! AMD is not your ordinary contracting company, they are very much a step above. They were very conscientious and competent in all of the work they performed on my home.
