If you’re looking to kickstart your fitness journey in 2024 or perfect your routine, I highly recommend Jeff as a personal trainer. I have lost around 24 pounds, feel and look better, and have never been more focused on my health.I began working with Jeff on my fitness journey in October 2022. I did one-on-one training for the first 12 months and then transitioned to his group classes.Highlights:Workouts: Jeff incorporates warm-ups, speed and power exercises, cardio, and lifting. No session is the same, and you have the opportunity to learn new exercises or achieve a new PR on a deadlift.Personalization: Jeff personalizes your workout plan to meet your nutrition, fitness, and weight loss goals. As someone with health limitations, this was crucial for me. Due to my health and COVID, I stopped working out consistently and had gained nearly 30 pounds. Jeff’s knowledge of rehab and his emphasis on proper form and technique helped me establish a routine and learn barbell lifts I never thought I could do.Game Planning: It seems simple, but Jeff goes over your goals and progress at the start of every month. This is a helpful reset when you find yourself off track with your routine. It is also an opportunity to reflect and set new goals for the month.Schedule: For my one-on-one sessions, Jeff accommodated my work schedule and understood when I needed to cancel or reschedule a session. Now that he has a mobile app, scheduling his group sessions, which are in the morning and evening, is super easy.Mobile App: This has been a great tool! It has tons of workout videos, recipes that Jeff has tried himself, and the group class scheduler, which has worked out great for me.Community: Engaging in group sessions is a wonderful way to connect with others. “Can say many good things about Conquer. The staff truly cares about everyone who comes through the door. It was a blessing to be apart of this gym. The facility is clean with great workout equipment. Group sessions are fun. You get to know everyone there, it’s like a family. Honestly I looked forward to seeing and workout with the other gym members. The open gym is nice as well to go and do your own thing. No matter your fitness level, there is a place for you at this gym. They are so welcoming and supportive. 10/10 recommend!“

“Coach/Kru Riley is extremely talented at teaching and conveying the BJJ and Muay Thai tactics to all ages. He is patient but direct with purpose on how he conducts his classes. Very methodical, applicable and engaging to our 4 year old, who cannot get enough. Riley and USKO is so welcoming that my wife is now going to start Muay Thai as well. “I have been training at Self Made Corona for about 2 years with Chris Shah and it has been a rewarding and positive experience on all fronts. Chris takes his time to always ensure I understand all my workout exercises, both physically and mentally. I train with Chris about 3 times per week and it's always a balanced week to ensure I'm hitting all my goals. “The atmosphere, the people, the classes and the staff are all amazing. The movie theatre is the icing on the cake for the days I don’t feel like training too hard but still want to get some cardio in. The hydro massage and zero gravity bed are absolutely a fantastic addition after a workout. The variety of saunas and the steam room also make the experience wonderful. The staff is very friendly and the gym goers are also friendly and non judgmental. I love this gym and so glad I joined.“

“I started a couple days ago and going into a place I've never been to, I felt way too out of place. I sucked it up and went anyways. The guy I had helping me names Alec was the one helping me. He knew I haven't worked out in a long time, but he still motivated me to keep pushing and it was only my first day. Although I've been busy and haven't been able to go as often as I should he still check in to make sure I'll be able to make it. All around a nice place, clean, friendly people and workers. I recommend it for anyone wanting or thinking about joining.“
