Ellen was great! So sweet and explained lighting situations and helped to pick out more picturesque locations for the photoshoot. Our group was very large (lots of moving pieces) and she was very patient and gave great direction for all age groups to understand, and even had toys for the babies! Would definitely recommended!
Good experience from start to finish. Snappr's representative reached out straight away when I was researching the company and options. The T&Cs were explained as well as the features of the service. They worked with us when communication services were not always ideal.

My experience with Snappr while my family and I was on vacation was so easy and affordable. A representative called me to guide me through the booking process and worked with our tight turnaround schedule. I was confident that the professionalism of Snappr was going to not only be carrying through the booking process but also with my requested photographer. Our photographer Daniel was communicative and patient with us as we were preparing for the shoot. He guided us with shoot locations and times to get the best photo results. And he did not disappoint!
