I have been going here for almost 10years now. I have to say the people know their stuff and are super helpful. It’s like family. They always keep me up to date if they ever need anymore information. They are super honest and hard working people. Faith always keeps me up to date and I love when she always remembers what we talked about last time. Okay so I'm going to start by saying I F**ked up my dependents sheet when I worked at a car dealership and put 3 instead of 0. Point blank obviously I owed even after fixing the dependents. I owed about 2k or so....yeah I know stupid mistake but whatever. My mom took my taxes and got them done super fast and I had to pay it by the 15 which is in 2 days. I had previously emailed Faith and she was sooooo helpful and told me I can pay online.
