“Part of me wanted to gatekeep this place, but I can't do that to Dr. Chao and his team. So if you're looking for an optometrist, look no further. I've been coming to Advanced Eyecare for two years now. My vision is horrendous, and I also have astigmatism. I've been to countless of optometrists since 2nd grade, and the level of care and attention I've experienced here is unparalleled. My eyeballs are definitely high maintenance, and Dr. Chao has tackled all my issues head on. He takes every concern I have seriously and works diligently to get the best fit for my contacts and glasses. His team is equally as phenomenal! The staff genuinely cares about their patients, and it's clear in the way they remember details about your life. I also appreciate the convenient texting system since no one likes playing phone tag haha. I can't recommend this place enough!“

“The receptionist was very nice and through with instructions. She was clear and made the sign-in part very simple. Then the staff that checked with my eyes and did my surgery were all very welcoming and supportive! I enjoyed the light conversations we had, especially before and after my surgery. I must say, when I came back for removing my contact lens, they made every step clear and efficient. It was fast and simple! I look forward to my next appointment!“

“Came into get my eyes checked a few weeks ago with an appointment, I arrived a few minutes early and sat and filled out some paperwork in the front small lobby. Ana was working the front office and was very attentive to all the walk ins and appointments. An older man walked in that didn't speak English and I observed how patient and kind she was with him in explaining the process. It was nice to see that customer service still exists nowadays.“

“Lost my glasses on my last flight so I may as well get my eyes checked out. Reception was helpful fit me in between appointments and took me through a battery of 4-5 machine tests. Dr. Romero was great. He listened to my symptoms and was researching the possible causes, we even dilated and took photos again to make sure there was no ocular damage. Very thorough, I'd definitely refer this office.“

“I have been going to Dr Le for a few years and she is the best. Friendly, professional and caring. I recommend her highly. The reason for less than 5 stars is for the glasses frames selection at the adjacent optical department. I have been going to them for many years for my new glasses. A few years ago they carried a some name brand and high end frames but over the last few years about 99.9% of the frames are off brand frames that appear cheaply made. I have been disappointed in their selection. And also their lenses pricing has gone up over 50% over 2 years ago. I am sorry to say I am done with their Optical Department“
