I wanted all flooring to be laminate and had already selected the type of laminate I wanted to install. I decided to select Compare Carpets & Hardfloors and gave them the name of laminate. They ordered the laminate and sent out the installers, great guys. Two days and I had new flooring. The installers were great and I love my new floor. Thank you Compare Carpets for a great job. George is very proessional with a great customer care in mind. He came out to my place on schedule to show us carpet samples and discuss the project. To feel the carpet better we even went to his shop in riveside and finalized the deal. I remeber that he was able to give me a little more discount on top of his quoted price and that showed his care about customer money as well. His quoted price was already below the two price quotes I had received from two big corporations for the same brand of carpet. His service exceeded my expectaion when he sent out his team second time to my place as 10% of installation had to be postponed due to water leakage discovered on my floor during first round of installation. He sent out his team second time without asking any question or charge to finish the installation right after the water leakage was repaired. Thank you George and team. “After a couple of bids, we chose Classic Kitchens for a partial kitchen remodel and added a bar area. I was unhappy with our atrium/dining room with a load bearing post seemingly in the middle of nowhere. We wanted to turn that small area into a bar area. Jay (owner of Classic Kitchens) came up with a plan for the bar area that turned out better than we imagined. In addition, a custom designed wine rack was created for the area, and we were very pleased with the way it turned out (one of my favorite things besides the 48" range). Jay was very thorough in describing every aspect of the kitchen and bar design and provided renderings to help us with the process. We had a few changes/additions during the process, and they didn't hesitate to accommodate our requests. Even though we only did a partial remodel in the kitchen, they matched everything to perfection in the kitchen and it looks like a total remodel. Jay is very knowledgeable, and we were very comfortable with every aspect of the remodel. Ernesto (Supervisor) was very helpful, kind, and kept us informed at every step of the process. The tradesmen were professional, respectful of our property, and polite. They arrived on time and cleaned up everything when they left. We were very impressed with Jay and his company. I have been here twice in the last few years and they have taken care of me. I did not have a great budget my first time here and they were honest about the carpet in my price range and made recommendations based on my budget at the time. A few years done the line I'm replacing the carpet I originally purchased with a better budget lol and I'm super happy with the overall results. “When my husband and I decided to finally renovate our kitchen and baths, Arizona Tile was our go-to place for tile and slabs. It has an amazing tile and flooring showroom plus a ginormous slab warehouse in the rear where one can see every kind of quartz and natural stone there must be. From quartz to granite, from marble to quartzite (yeah, splurge a little!), they stock and display literally tons of gorgeous works of God's creation. When we first walked in to the slab part and saw the amazing variety and beauty of nature in stone, I almost burst into tears. It's like a museum of natural gorgeousness. Next, I cannot recommend Art, the main slab salesman, highly enough. The other main man is super nice and awesomely helpful, too, but I can't recall his name, sorry. Somehow we ended up mostly with Art. He has been so very helpful and informative, super dedicated to his job and quietly friendly, not pushy in the least. I also want to mention how unendingly patient he's been with our (okay, MY, LOL) many changes of mind! How do you decide between so much beauty, for what you want to take home and put into your living spaces? Art will be your "tour guide" through this incredible universe, and in the end, he will make sure you have exactly what you want. Third, John in Tile and Flooring is friendly, informative, and very helpful, as well. He pointed out several things we wouldn't have thought of in that department, which saved us from making some significant mistakes. Finally, don't hesitate. Arizona Tile is the place to go for all your slab and tiling needs. Don't forget to ask for Art! Thank you, sir. You made one of the most difficult decisions of our home renovation much, much easier and far more enjoyable. They ought to make you CEO very soon!
