Dr. Arnsdorf is a chiropractor who understands the apprehensions that some of us have coming in. I was a little uncertain about the adjustments, and what they would feel like, and she was very gentle and knowledgeable about how these would help … and they have tremendously helped. Very happy so far with my experience at her office.

Dr. A. is caring, thoughtful, skillful, and knowledgeable. She sees the whole person. And she doesn't try to bring you right back like some chiropractors but goes by what you need and spaces out your visits accordingly.

Manuel O. Hacienda Heights Without Dr Arnsdorf I would have had to quit my job I work at Amazon unloading trucks pulling, scanning etc. She is very effective wether it is lower back, neck pain, ribs are out of place whatever I have probably had the injury and she has helped. Also she is good about suggesting stretches, pain relief stuff ( wished I talked to her before I bought the capsaicin ). She is great at finding me a spot when I need an appointment NOW and understanding when I call and say I will be late because of traffic.
