“Wow! Honestly I'm impressed with the quality of care I received here, Mr. Khan is phenomenal and was very patient, gave me good feedback and advice for my allergies. I actually felt heard and understood about my allergies and how severe they are, sometimes I feel that doctors think I'm just a head case and that I'm just making this up but he really made me realize that it's the attention to detail that the others didn't understand how to give and the judgements I DID NOT receive that made me feel like I'm given a human experience. So with that being said I would like to say thank you for today and all your help with this situation I've been just dealing with and trying to manage it for years so it was nice to have some kind helpful advice.“

“I have known for several years that I had significant hearing but I was in denial about needing a hearing aid. Dr. Michael Malotte had conducted hearing tests which showed a 45% loss of hearing in my left ear. In October, 2019 Dr Zachary Vandergriend donated hearing aid to The Branch Elementary School auction. Apparently I was the only person in attendance who needed a hearing aid. I won the auction. I was then contacted by Dr Jennifer Perry about the hearing aid that I had won. At the appointment she explained about the options that I had . An order was placed.At my next appointment I received my hearing aids. Dr. Perry patiently explained and calibrated the hearings for me to get comfortable with change that I would notice while using the hearings aids. It is AMAZING. I so regret not having been fitted for a hearing years earlier. I have had 2 follow up appointments where Dr Perry has adjusted the sensitivity of the devices. Is my hearing perfect? No, but the improvement is substantial. The hearing aids are comfortable.I barely notice their presence while I am wearing them. Several times I have tried to get in bed or showered when I realized I was wearing them. I am so pleased with my hearing aids. If your spouse, partner or friends tell you that yo u might have a hearing loss, go get tested. The test is painless, and informative. I have been tested twice without hearing aids and actually enjoyed the testing process. I understand now that hearing loss can effect your mental health. I am 75 years of age and could not carry on a conversation in a crowded restaurant. Now I can participate in the conversations. I am so happy and thankful for my hearing aids, Thank you Drs. “I felt so relieved after I left my visit. I feel like she heard and listened to my concerns, and we spoke about each concern individually. Although it was a short visit (probably was the last patient for the day) I feel like we covered almost everything, and what we didn’t can’t be addressed till get labs, and such. Overall I was very please with my visit.“

“Hurdle Hearing office and staff is Amazing. My grandma has been coming here for years. They're always so helpful and Doctor Hurdle is such an Awesome Doctor. There was a certain app that my grandmother needed on her phone to go with her hearing aids. No one has really helped us besides give us a card to set up ourselves. Which we could never figure out. Ashely was the first in about 8 years to actually set it up on my grandmas phone. She went beyond and above.! Thank you Ashley.“

“I waited about 45 minutes, which I consider to be very reasonable given my experience with other walk-in clinics in other states. The staff were all polite, professional and friendly; I felt very comfortable with the medical care I received. There's literally nothing about my experience that needs improvement.“
