Just want to say thank you to ECO services Hugo and Hyme were awesome on time and efficient super clean wouldn't even know they were there for repairs, and very trustworthy. Thank you again Patricia S. and Leonard C.

Two very helpful, professional visits! 1) In the first visit I was asked questions and filled out paperwork. The gentleman replaced two bathroom lights with dimmable ones and based on the refrigerator's being too large for its space* and my income he determined that I qualify for a replacement refrigerator. He also provided me with a dimmable floor lamp for one room. --- *It's so close to the walls on either side that one of the doors isn't able to fully open, and I wouldn't be able to pull it out from the back wall to clean because of the tight space. 2) The gentleman who came this time: *Listened well! *Checked heater for safety and filter for efficacy. *Checked water heater for safety. *Replaced weather stripping under front door and door into garage. *Went into the attic to check for any problems with heating ducts. He told me that I'll be receiving a new refrigerator from a vendor in a different county. That company will let me know when they are next coming to my county. Because of Covid it may be a couple of months... 3) Office staff has been polite and helpful, too. MY ONLY COMPAINT--not her fault--is that the phone number for American Eco Services here in Nipomo sometimes is incapable of accepting a voicemail message. It's happened to me a few times and then later I would be able to reach a live person. For me, anyway, there were phone problems during times that I assumed were lunch times. If it hadn't been for such great service otherwise I would have given 4 instead of 5 stars. I do hope they get the phone situation resolved!
