“Two very helpful, professional visits! 1) In the first visit I was asked questions and filled out paperwork. The gentleman replaced two bathroom lights with dimmable ones and based on the refrigerator's being too large for its space* and my income he determined that I qualify for a replacement refrigerator. He also provided me with a dimmable floor lamp for one room. --- *It's so close to the walls on either side that one of the doors isn't able to fully open, and I wouldn't be able to pull it out from the back wall to clean because of the tight space. 2) The gentleman who came this time: *Listened well! *Checked heater for safety and filter for efficacy. *Checked water heater for safety. *Replaced weather stripping under front door and door into garage. *Went into the attic to check for any problems with heating ducts. He told me that I'll be receiving a new refrigerator from a vendor in a different county. That company will let me know when they are next coming to my county. Because of Covid it may be a couple of months... 3) Office staff has been polite and helpful, too. MY ONLY COMPAINT--not her fault--is that the phone number for American Eco Services here in Nipomo sometimes is incapable of accepting a voicemail message. It's happened to me a few times and then later I would be able to reach a live person. For me, anyway, there were phone problems during times that I assumed were lunch times. If it hadn't been for such great service otherwise I would have given 4 instead of 5 stars. I do hope they get the phone situation resolved!“

“If you are looking for the best - these guys are scary good.I received 4 different bids for a deck to be built in AG area outside a small ADU.Jay's bid came in more expensive than the rest by quite a bit. With some construction experience, I could tell the attention to detail was far above average.Jay came for 3 days with a crew of 6 guys.Level of detail on this build was outstanding. The tightest miter joints, the closest cuts. Perfect alignment, deck screws set with military precision.Composite decks are expensive. If you are going to spend the money for a top tier composite deck, you're going to want it installed by a perfectionist.Incredible job“

“The Halsell team remodeled my kitchen and bathrooms and installed a new sliding door in my condo and not only did they provide excellent craftsmanship but did it within the budget I set up. They even went so far as to help find a special tile that went with the theme I used in the bathroom. After the job was completed, they came back free of charge to help install a new screen door on the front as I didn't have the tools to do it myself. I loved everything they did for me. Sadly I moved to another state and had to give up my beautiful kitchen.“

“From the estimate that Brian did, the site inspection that Hillario did to the actual construction done by Gabriel and his crew I am very happy for the service I got from everyone! There was a hiccup or two but Gabriel make sure everything was PERFECT! Now that the work is done I am very happy with the finished product. Now I wish I would’ve had it done years ago. My dog now has a fully protected patio from the sun and the rain. I highly recommend this company, I would hire them again, kudos to everyone involved.
