“One morning, my back muscles locked up while getting ready for work. I tried to stretch the muscles all weekend long. My wife scheduled an appointment with Twins - Irvine and it was a great decision.I hobbled into their office and Dr. Manas took x-rays of my hips and spine. Sure enough, my spine was out of alignment. He recommended a basic re-alignment of my spine, loosen the muscles of the lower back in a treatment plan that would consist of 24 sessions.Note, I could not walk very well without having back spasms and could not stand up very well. When Dr. Manas conducted the re-alignment of my back, in three different spots, he popped my back and the relief was very welcome. I was able to stand up from their chiropractic table on my own and able to walk without any pain. It was amazing!!!I went in for my second appointment where Dr. Manas continued to work on my back. Again, my back popped all over and especially in the middle of my spine. Welcome relief!!!The only downside... Twins Chiropractic is not within my health insurance network. That means I would have to pay everything out of pocket, which is not affordable at this time. I will need to find a different chiropractor, which is such a disappointment because I would have kept going to Twins Chiropractic.Otherwise, thank you!“

Katie was so gentle and attentive; asked me which areas where I felt the most tensed, which was mostly around my shoulders + neck areas. “Wow, is all I can say! My back had been hurting for a couple weeks and I was having trouble sleeping due to the pain. Yesterday morning, at about 11:15, I called and talked to Crissy who told me they had an opening for 12:30, if that worked for me. When I got there I was impressed with how nice the office looked. Crissy gave me a couple forms to fill out and got me right in to see Dr. Gus. When he came in I described my symptoms and previous experience with chiropractic care (about 40 years worth). After a few minutes of dialogue, Dr. Gus went to work on my back. He started by applying some liniment and massaging my very tight muscles. After getting things loosened up, he went about adjusting my spine from top to bottom. I came away feeling like new. I was so happy I recommended him to family members who had been looking for a great chiropractor. They immediately made an appointment to see him the next day (Saturday). I highly recommend Dr. Gus.“
