Thieves!Garrett will lie to you and steal your money!They have NO GENERAL CONTRACTOR!The people that DO work for waterpointe are UNEDUCATED in building CUSTOM HOMES!They are running an apprentice shop!All homes built by waterpointe are SPEC houses.There is NOTHING CUSTOM about any of the current houses garrett and waterpointe are building. Horrible subs that will also steal your money!Plumbers, electricians, masonry, framers etc. EVERY SINGLE SUB garrett chooses are scam artists.garrett, the owner should be ashamed of himself.
