Bottom-Line up front: From my experience, this company was unresponsive when it came to warranty work. I had just bought a house with solar panels. Days after I bought the house The inverter stopped working in the middle of summer. I reached out to the previous owner to figure out who installed it and was given Niko's info. It was hard getting Niko to return my calls/texts. He would say that he'd get back to me and it was usually me that had to reach out again. He would never commit to date/time to send a tech out. He said that the schedule was full and he would try to "squeeze me in". I ended up troubleshooting the problem myself which called for a replacement inverter. I passed this info to him and he agreed. I then told him that I was going with another installer who had more availability. I then experienced delays with the 2nd installer because this company ordered the warranty replacement inverter from Solaredge without my knowledge. All that had to be sorted out with the SolarEdge so they could send the replacement to my preferred installer. I don't recommend this company (nor SolarEdge equipment) I felt like a 2nd class customer with this business. Weeks were wasted in this process.
