Don’t use them. Shawn Hunt and Niko Wessig are liars and thieves!! They bounced a check to Butte County for a building permit for a patio they installed twice because it blew down twice. The patio damaged cars. My roof. Siding. Water pipes. Horse trailer. Shaw hunt the owner of the company wouldn’t stand behind this project. And Pace Loan‘s to finance the solar which took U.S. Greenville there six months to do at my house terminated their business relationship with him and will no longer do business with U.S. green builders and Shawn hunt. Run run run. Don’t get hurt like I was!!!

With so many programs advertised, and the stories of frustration and deceit that follow many of them; it is very hard to know what information to believe, what resources to consider, what programs are intended to benefit and how to difference them from the misleading. I first heard from the HERO program on the radio, and it sounded positive, perhaps too good to be true. And honestly we cannot place truth in advertisement. But when my go-to-for-everything-financial advisor, loan officer Carl Kahn from Mann Mortgage suggested for me to contact Chris Keralis, at US Green builders, participants of the program, I knew I could trust them. The company not only delivered all it promised but the process was easy and speedy! I was in dear need to repair the roof of my home, the windows and stucco where both in terrible condition and with no insulation, the weather changes could be felt through the walls. US Green Builders not only repaired my roof but I received a brand new roof in a matter of days, windows, and cool wall technology over my house, all with no money down, no out of pocket expenses, tax deductible, and energy efficient. I could not be more appreciative with the work US Green builders have done in my home. They surpassed my expectations and I am glad I was able to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.
