I am very grateful I found Natsuko. I had an accident over two years ago which damaged my neck. I have tried other physical therapists, masseurs, and a chiropractor. I was willing to do anything because I was in constant pain. Every slight head turn would cause me pain, and being in my mid thirties I could not imagine to live the rest of my life in constant pain. After two years of trying things and not getting any relief I became more than just worried and scared, I was exhausted from pain. I started going to Rising Sun, five weeks before a two week trip to Vietnam. I have meniscus tears and bone on bone in one of my knees. I was in pain and seriously wondering if I would be able to walk the five miles per day I would need to to keep up with my group and hundreds of steps I would need to climb in order to see the things I wanted to see. The physical therapist I worked with was dedicated to getting me prepared to succeed in this active adventure. I have been working with Natsuko for over a year now. I first started physical therapy because I twisted my ankle--not just once, but 4 times consecutively over the course of 4 months. Natsuko has not only helped me regain my balance and strengthened my ankle, she has also helped me work on my whole body so I can stand and move better. She is absolutely amazing and the best PT I've ever worked with! Highly recommend Rising Sun PT!
