Called this roofer in my area to get a quote on a big job. They told me that Gary, the owner, would be here and at the time of the appointment, he was a no show. Called several times but they didn't even get back to me. Wasted all our time. I do not recommend doing business with this roofer.
The initial roof was great, but due to solar panel problems a leak developed. Gary at Preffered Roofeing said he would handle everything and has ghosted me for over a month although we have all of the parties waiting for him. Meantime, my roof is leaking. Extremely unprofessional behavior.
